Hold your mouse over the picture DO NOT CLICK ON IT Use your right mouse button to click on it. Click on the work COPY Look at the bar at the bottom of your computer, find WORD click on it Click on the word EDIT in the menu Click on the Word PASTE Press the SPACE BAR 3 Times Now go back to the Picture Dictionary Now click on the Picture with your left mouse button. Highlight the words about the picture Do this by Clicking at the END of the words. Hold DOWN the Mouse Button and DRAG the Line over the words so that they turn color. |

Groups:
If we look around everything we see can be put into groups. Some things can be put into more than one group. This is the same with computers.
For example: All computer parts that give the computer information could be put into the INPUT group
Keyboard
Mouse
Microphone
Scanner
Digital Camera
You can also put some of the INPUT Items in a Group called Graphics: This group could include things that make pictures, show pictures or copy pictures:

Rather that making lists of these things and repeating the parts that belong in more than one group we can use circles to group them:

The Mysterious Master Pi makes the Cyberchase Gang play a special game in order to be set free from the Cybersite Shangri-La. The kids have to play against Hacker who wins the first time. They use their brains to figure out the pattern of the game and beat Hacker and are allowed to leave. Have you ever had a problem or a puzzle to solve that you had trouble with?
Watch the For Real Video. What was the boys problem? Draw a map of how the boy solved his problem. Now play a problem solving Cyberchase game.
